Ok, I need advice, How long do you wait before filing a complaint

Im pretty new to this site, I won and auction and mailed my 3 pins to trader posting auction

Person has acknowledge receipt of pins and Ive already requesting the tracking information from her already twice, with only a reply of will send tracking this evening, on first request. ive since sent another pm requesting tracking again no response. What do i do now.

ive tried to pm moderator and have no response either.

so what do i do now, can some help me with this. please kindly advise me what i should do next.
 
Hi, how long has it been since they mailed their pin? I have had the post office not update packages I have mailed and them not show movement or delivery for up to 10 days at one time. If it has been less than 2 weeks then I would wait to see if they arrive. I was a new trader at the time and I don't think the person receiving the package believed me but it finally showed up with the mailing date I had provided them. Hopefully they will show up soon. Shelly
 
it sounds like they have not even mailed by what you wrote and you mailed your pins and they already have them?!

first that isnt allwed here. You may not hold pins unless agreed to in advance. You did not put how long it has been however. i would contact a mod if they are not responding to your PMs after about 4 days ( not everyone comes on here daily) BUT if you had the energy to host an auction it is YOUR DUTY to be attentive and prompt---or dont hold autions!
 
I will wait another couple of days, but yes, she received my pins the day before i 1st contacted. she stated the pins were very nice. but didnt respond with tracking information. I wrote again, next day she said she would email tracking later. still no responds from her. She has been on bidding on other auctions, but still has not given me any information on when or it she has mailed her pin to me.
 
Please be patient, under normal circumstances we recommend 1 to 2 weeks for domestic packages, and upwards of 6 weeks for intrernational, if this goes longer than that please feel free to contact myself or any of the other moderators.
