I'm very interested to know if there was any Haunted Mansion pins on the preview boards. I know there was a set at the March PTN at WDW but I'm pretty sure its going to be WDW exclusive.

I didnt get near the pin preview boards but my dtr told me that the june pomh pin is little mermaid! plus there are a few other lil mermaid pins coming out but i didnt see them! ptn was busy, i made a trade or 2 but nothing foe my wants :( but thats typical for me. i had missed the last 2 or 3 events so i was hoping to catch up. oh well. i didnt get around much at all and was not in a good spot to people search so i cant say who all was there either. sorry guys.
 
I wasn't at PTN for very long (just about an hour), but I did have a wonderful time I was there. Because of a prior commitment that I had about halfway through PTN, I couldn't stay through the whole time - and I was unable to bring my pins for trading as it wouldn't be appropriate for me to keep them with me through my commitment and I would not be able to return to my car and put them away following my departure from PTN.

That being said, I had a fantastic time just socializing. I got to see - and chat with - several people I hadn't seen in quite some time. I did see the pin preview boards. If I'd had any brains, I would have taken photos, but I do remember that several mystery sets will be coming out in the next few months, including: villains vs heroes, candy bar boxes, some sort of license plates (for Cars Land, I think), and a summer series. I do not remember seeing anything expressly related to the Haunted Mansion, sorry. I also remember seeing that June's POMH will, indeed be The Little Mermaid, but I do not remember the anticipated release date, sorry.

I also remember seeing the Tangled POMH pin on the board, with a release date of 24 May. When I asked a CM about it, he said that he had every reason to believe that the pin still is on schedule for its original release date, despite the fact that it was removed from the official site (he had no idea why it was deleted).

If I had any complaints about the PTN, it would be that it was way too warm. I don't know if the air conditioner wasn't working or if there were just that many people in the room and it couldn't keep up ... but wow, it was hot and felt almost humid. If you planned to stay there the whole time, you'd really have to make sure to stay hydrated.

But overall, from what I saw, thanks to the Disney team for putting on another terrific PTN.
 
just seen the pins on pintalk, looks like a few collectors will be happy, since there is a Basil and ratigan pin, Little Mermaid PODM and another Brave pin coming for those wanting to collect brave.
 
Well, I was just going to edit my last comment but either Google Chrome or the board code is being wonky. :p

Just went over to pintalk and saw the picture post, the Basil and Ratigan pins are two separate pins, part of the new Villains versus Heroes set. Looks like a mystery set. Definitely excited for new pins! ^_^
 
Yes, the Basil and Ratigan pins are separate and part of the Villains vs Heroes mystery set. If I remember correctly from the packaging, the pins will be sold 5 per package (obviously you will have no idea what will be in the bag).
 
Probably my last time going to a PTN... Not the best experience we've had trading... closer to the worst...

Room was overcrowded, hot, and stuffy... Traders were there mostly to show off their stuff... When you did find someone with a pin you were looking for, the trade offers were ridiculous... I don't get it... If you are at a trading event, I thought people would be more willing to do some trades... I know some of you are thinking we brought crap to trade, but actually we brought books of hard to find LE's... What we got were offers of LE 1000's for our LE 100's...Really???

What a waste of time... I'll stick to trading at the park and with people here on DPF...
 
One last complaint about the PTN event.... VINYLMATION.... Still not a pin in my opinion... Until I see a feature film staring a vinyl Mickey how can this be recoginzed as a character??? Can someone explain this silly fascination to me... They are a plain boring looking pin painted 1000 different stupid ways... Same pin over and over and over...WHY???? I don't get it...
 
So nothing Haunted Mansion? Ah... kinda disappointed... oh well at least WDW has that set; but I still don't know its release date. Probably have to wait for the next WDW PTN. Thanks anyhow.

And I like Vinylmation pins... I think they're cute.

Its all how you approach it! there are times i didnt trade but had fun with my friends, and times i trades just to trade, none for my wants but to help others. while i see alot of nice htf pins if i dont need them i dont need them and i wont trade hard to get them? why should i when they arent for me? at the end of the night there were a few young men loudly complaining about how bad it was and a waste of time. I hope the pin team didnt hear them, they want to stop the ptns totally and then what??? they allready stopped the boards and no event this summer at all! its going down hill and attitudes like that loudly expressed can make it much worse. please keep those thoughts to yourself or "off property" so to speak. i am glad i dont know who they were nor do i want to know either. as some one said before if you can say anything nice dont say nothing at all!
 
The key for June (or is it May) is going to be Little Mermaid. I took a pic with my phone. No idea how to upload it. But PM me your cell and I can forward it ;)
 
I had fun! Actually made way more trades than a usual pin trading night! Traded as most tables I stopped at. Wooo hooo! I wish there was another one next month!
 
I didn't do too many trades. Here is what I ended up with:

I had a good time at PTN last night, got a few pins I wanted. I did better at the barrels inside DL.
