Can you make your settings where it does not accept or include certain members in PinPics when you are attempting to set up trades?
 
For the ones you are sending. If you click on My Pinpics then "Click here to view your current pending trade requests" you can see who you will be sending offers to and delete the ones you don't want to send. You can also review all the offers, and if there are pin combos you don't want you can delete just those too.
