LE Coronation Elsa (#296)- $400 USD ~ will ship international
Oops, lulemee makes a good point. My info rant wasn't to try to convince anyone to mark an item as a gift. That's totally dependent upon your comfort level and you have every right to make your own decision. I just couldn't sit back and let the false info spread. Story, I hope that doesn't sound like I'm trying to call you out as an individual. I'm sure you have valid reasons / experiences to believe marking something as a gift demerits its value. But in the future, if that happens to you again, please make sure you aren't ripped off, because you really should've been covered if you had insurance. Because THAT'S WHAT IT'S FOR

As I already said, I was not trying to convince anybody here. Story and everyone else can make whatever he/she feels confortable with, no matter if it´s declaring the value of an item for the custom office or anything else. Obviously Quasimodo and I simply couldn´t stand the misinformations here.
I´m sure Story will sell her Elsa even with the forecast on high duty fees because it´s a beautiful doll!

Thanks again everyone for the input and suggestions / information.

I don't take it as a personal attack at all, and I hope no one got the impression from me that I am at all offended or feeling upset at anyone's comments.

I really do feel I have to just do what I feel most comfortable with so I'm going to keep my terms the same. I don't mean to make it difficult for any potential buyers, which is why I was and still am upfront about everything when I decided to post my doll for sale. If potential international buyers can find the doll cheaper somewhere else, then please by all means do not settle for my price if it's not worth it.

Thanks again everyone, and once more if I seem short at all in my replies, please don't take it as my taking offense or being bugged with the discussion. It was already a hard decision to let go of the dolls (especially Elsa) and I'm just hoping to keep everything as simple as possible for myself in finding her a new home. :hs:
