So I joined a "long" time ago, but never got into it as I moved away from the Orlando area and got distracted by other things. Then I moved back and had other things on my mind, and just recently got sucked back into the pin mania. Now that I can actually afford to regularly buy pins it's nice. But. That's where all my money is going now. :lol:

My name is Hanne-Marie, I'm 24, from Norway but living in Orlando. I have most of my pins in Norway, so I've had to completely "restart" my collection again. Or rather, I've just had to buy another book, and collect more, so I'm looking forward to when I get a chance to go back to Norway to grab my book there and see what I have, because I don't really remember.

I'm slowly building up my stuff on PinPlace, getting more traders and whatnot, and sorting things out.

I've also decided to focus my collecting this time. I want to collect The Great Mouse Detective, because it's my favourite Disney movie (though I just got outbid on a BT, in the last minute of course. :nono:), Frozen, because of the relation to Norway, and The Haunted Mansion, because it's my favourite ride. And on top of that, I'll pick up the ones I like, just randomly.

So hello! I'm not sure what else to put here so I'll leave it at that. I'm looking forward to getting into the swing of things: now I just need a signature with my grails! ...and to figure out what I want my grails to be.

Oh, there are? That is wonderful to hear, I'll have to find one of them. Going through PinPics and seeing so many pins I'll probably never have since I'm getting into the game so late is killing me hah

I would love if you would be willing and able to help me out! Simple would probably be the best route for me, so thank you so much for offering! I will have to go through pinpics and pick out a few that I want to set up as my "baby grails", and hope that if I don't set my sights too high, I can at least get started!

My collection (I'm only just starting too!) is Hallowe'en themed, so my pins and grails are very specific... I'm hoping it won't make trading too difficult for me!
Hopefully I'm about to get my first grail... Sale pending so fingers crossed :D♥
 
Welcome back.

I think about moving back to Orlando all the time (originally from Gainesville FL, and lived in Orlando for awhile, but now living in Massachusetts). Especially after this winter. More snow coming in a few days.

Living near a park sure makes collecting easier. I cant even get the OE pins I want until we get to the park, so I wind up paying twice as much to get them from online.
