Yep, the number of wristbands given were the number of people lined up, and the number of raffle tickets in the drum.
586 is a decent amount of people, but I'm surprised there weren't more considering it was for a Little Mermaid marquee. And for an LE400 set, everyone had more than 2/3 chance of getting a good number. Good odds for a DSF release!
