RULES Marketplace: Pins for Sale/Wanted Rules

Greetings, and welcome to the DPF Disney Pins for Sale/Wanted Forum! Please familiarize yourself with the Sales Forum rules below before you engage with our trading community.​

You may post your authorized/authentic Disney pins for sale in the Disney Pins for Sale/Wanted forum, as well as requests for pins you are looking to buy.​

To ensure a positive, engaging, and trustworthy trading experience for all members, we require that you meet the following requisites before posting a for sale/trade thread:​

• You must be a member of the forum for at least 7 days
• You must have contributed a minimum of 15 posts in any forum across the site
• Please remember that it may take up to a day once you have met the criteria for the forum to update and acknowledge that you have met the criteria for posting threads in the marketplace.

• First, they encourage active participation and engagement within our community, fostering a vibrant and dynamic environment for all members.
• Second, they help build trust among traders by ensuring that those involved in transactions have demonstrated a commitment to the forum and have established a track record of positive interactions.

Thread Posting Guidelines​

1. Thread titles MUST contain a prefix:
   • - Authentic Disney Pins for sale
   • - Fantasy pins for sale
   • - Pins you are In Search Of, and willing to acquire through purchasing.
2. Thread titles should be descriptive of what is for sale.
3. Posts MUST contain a price. When posting a pin for sale, please state specific price(s) for your items instead of asking buyers to make offers.
   • These prices must include PayPal seller fees, if desired. Any negotiation, if necessary, can be handled via Private Messages.
4. Thread content should contain as much information as possible — If there are any issues with any pins, please be up front about the condition.
5. All threads must contain prices as PayPal GOODS.

Forum Rules​

• Counterfeited or scrapped pins are strictly prohibited and may not be sold in this forum.
• Digital pins for trade or sale are not permitted in the Trading forum. You can put these iterms in the "OTHER' For Sale/Wanted/Trade" section of the marketplace.
• "Feeler" posts are not allowed. All pins listed in the forum must be committed for sale.
• Limit "bumping" your post to once a day.
• Please mark your threads as once you have either sold, or completed a purchase of an item as a courtesy to other members.
  • You may do this by clicking the button in the top right of your thread and confirming that you have completed, or otherwise ended your sale. This will change the thread prefix to ,lock the thread, and archive it in the "Completed Pin Sales" subforum.
• Mods and Admins reserve the right to combine, close, or remove any redundant threads/posts by a single member at their discretion.
• Under no circumstances is anyone to reply to a post suggesting that the item can be found cheaper elsewhere.
  • It is the buyer's responsibility (not other forum members, or the administrative and moderation team) to look for the best deal. Members are trying to sell their items in a safe environment without fear of others trying to undercut their sales.
  • There should not be any personal comments made about the price if you disagree with it. PM the seller rather than posting that comment on the thread.
• All purchases are conducted at the risk of the individuals involved. Please ensure that you make safe, intelligent, and secure shipping arrangements. DisneyPinForum.com is not responsible or liable for:

  • Any purchases/shipping that go unhonored
  • The shipment or transport of any items
• DisneyPinForum.com does not promote or endorse any products listed for trade in this forum.
• These rules are subject to change at the discretion of DisneyPinForum.com.
• If you are looking to buy or sell fantasy pins or other Disneyana items, please post your items and requests in the designated "Fantasy Pins for Sale/Wanted" or "'OTHER' For Sale/Wanted/Trade" DPF Marketplace categories. If you are looking to trade for other authentic Disney pins, please post your trades/wants in the DPF "Pin Trading" forum.

Payments​

• All prices posted in any sales forum are to reflect a price that includes PayPal seller fees if so desired.
• All transactions should be done as a payment for goods instead of a gift, unless privately discussed between seller and buyer.
  • Please Note: All transactions done as GIFTS do not offer ANY form of buyer protection via PayPal and are done at the buyer's own risk!
• PAYPAL GOODS is the only acceptable method of accepting payment on this forum (unless you meet up in person for the transaction).
  • If your post says anything about fees being added on top of the sales price, it will be closed immediately.
