I see a lot of people posting small pictures of pins in threads, like the pins on PinPics. I was wondering how to do this?

I know how to paste a picture from a link, but I don't think that's how you all are doing it. Here's a random example of the type of pictures I mean (I cut and pasted them from another thread):

Is there a button on the top that lets you post small pictures from PinPics? Or are you using a code? HTML? CSS? What?

Whatever it is, it has to be a whole lot easier than what I've been doing (uploading a picture of each PinPic to Photobucket, then inserting each image by URL.)

I have a Mac, if that makes any sort of difference in how you're doing it.

From what I gather, this works on Chrome, but not on Internet Explorer. Once upon a time, it worked in IE and didn't in Chrome, so I don't know why it changed. Load up Pinpics so the pin you want is displayed in small picture mode. Usually, I go to my trade or wants list. Then you can find the edge of the pic (when the pointer is an arrow, not the hand) and left click and drag with the mouse to highlight the pic. Then ctrl-c to cut, come back over here an ctrl-v to paste.

Alternately, if you are familiar with using the link and image buttons...it takes a bit more work.

On Pinpics display pictures in small picture mode, right click select "copy image url"
On DPF click insert image button, copy url into the field
On Pinpics, right click select "copy link address"
On DPF, highlight picture you already inserted, then click the link button and copy URL into the field

Allie - To make a signature, you click on "Settings" (top right corner), then "Edit Signature" under "My Settings" on the left. Under that, you can add pictures or whatever you want your signature to have. Hope I helped.
