I just wanted to start a thread that people like myself can use to post their Memorial Day thoughts...

I would like to begin by thanking all of you have served in any form of military service for our country. Your efforts often go by with little appreciation from all of those you risk your lives to protect. Thank you for putting yourselves in harms way to improve the safety for all of us...

I also want to say thank you. A lot of my friends have joined the armed forces and I plan to as well.

Thank you to the men and women in the marines, army, navy, air force, special services... Youre work nd dedication and whole hearted efforts in serving the u.s. have been glanced at and get little or no appreciation. I appreciate you. We appreciate you. Thank you all so much.

Thank you for posting this thread. It is a very thoughtful and touching thing to do. (Problem) is that I see so many threads about other things on this forum that are not nearly as important as this thread of appreciation for the men and women who so proudly protect us. Thank you, Thank you and Thank you. You are one of the main reasons we can collect pins, talk to each other without fear of reprisal and live the FREE life that everyone deserves. I only wish more people would tell you this. Again Goofy_Moe nice job!
