I have an overseas friend desperately seeking some of the metal pin backs; they are all she uses as they take less space when you keep your pins in books. Does anyone know of a good site to buy them at a reasonable price? I appreciate your help.

theres a guy on ebay... his ID has "Patriot" in it, who sells the metal plunger style pin backs in 10,20&50 piece lots. very reliable. I have bought around 200 from him now and only 2-3 have been faulty. If you cannot access him for sales on ebay, let one of us USA folks know and we can buy them for you and ship to you.
 
Yes do a search too,sometimes suppliers will sell them in bulk as well,that's how I buy my pin baggies for my pins I store and ship out
