ARTIST PROOF ​

This DCL Mickey Holiday Season Artist Choice Pin is an ARTIST PROOF (AP). AP pins are created during a manufacturing run to verify quality. Typically 24 or less AP pins are created per run. AP pins can be identified with the letters AP stamped on the back of the pin. (See photo #2). Artist Choice pins are created by one of the Disney Design Group's Artists. This beautiful pin was designed to be slightly convex, not flat, and has a candy-apple red glazed finish to resemble a fine Christmas ornament. An amazing frosted image of Captain Mickey Mouse saluting his passengers and the Artist Choice medallion and logo also adorns the highly-collectible pin.
