Mickey Mouse .. is this a scrapper?

I don't know how to tell if a pin is a scrapper but I just received a bunch of pins this morning and inspected them all, four of them have the disney pin trading logo stamped on the back and this one doesn't ..

So is this a scrapper? Thanks for any help
