Ok, so we found out what our good-bye gift from Room For 1 More is

It's really beautiful. It comes with a Deed, a coa, and everything. I just don't collect Mr Toad. I'm offering it to DPF members for $250.00 plus actual shipping. I'll get it at the event. It's LE 750 and I'll pick it up on September 30th and ship it October 5th when I return from WDW.
