Late spring/early summer (I think). They had previews of Janice and Dr. Teeth at Disney trading night last friday.

I believe the release date is April 15 but I dont know if it's only for the parks or Disney stores...

I saw the Dr. Teeth... it looks awesome. I am considering selling some stuff around the house to try to get them.
