Ok, so what are "zaps" and when you say cast member, is that anyone that works for Disney or just certain ones? I am considering moving to Orlando area and would be in HEAVEN if I could work at Disney. So just curious there..hehe
 
Ok, so Zaps are extra pins that the trader throws in as a thank you or an apology for the delay or just as a general token of good will.

And Cast Members is "Disney lingo" for staff. Basically anyone who works for the diner company (no just in the store) is referred to as. Cast member you should totally get a job with disney, they're the best company to work for!!!

Yes that was big help thank you. It will prolly be about a year before I can move down there, but that is my goal. And I will for sure be putting in my applications!!
