Need Help Identifying Tinkerbell Pin

So I have been sorting through the pins that I traded off CM lanyards during my recent trip to WDW. I usually do not have problems finding them on PinPics, but this one has me stumped. I am not even sure that it is an official pin as it has no copyright info on the back, just Limited Edition 200. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

I could be wrong, but I think its a Fantasy pin . I saw one very similar if not exact that a seller had for sale on ebay .
