I think it was just a joke mixed with a request for seeing the picture. I seriously doubt there was anything hostile about that statement. I would love to see what this pin looks like as well.

I didn't take any offense to that, I think that's something they say on DPF, because I've heard people joke about it. I wasn't at DSF today, but I called and that's what they told me.

With Alice Event and Alice pin this and Alice pin that, a movie with more pins and more pins and more pins and chasers, a little tired of Alice. Why not Dormouse?? Why not Caterpillar?? Why not Tweedledee and Tweedledum?? Or any of the Tulgey wood inhabitants?? They needs a new pin really bad. Just how many Alice pin of the same pose or scene can you want?

Oops Carl is in the same pose but that is Pixar's fault not Disney "this time".

In looking up the cataloged pins on pinpics this looks to be the first alice PTD pin they have had. I for one am glad to see them use new characters. if I am wrong about this, could you please reference me what the old alice PTD pin looks like?
