Hi everyone, my name is Julie and I am new to Disney Pin Forum. I am new to forums in general as I generally don't do any sort of social networking or stuff like that online. I just recently got into pin trading and a friend told me if I come on here I might be able to build my collection.

I am very interested in the section called "pin games". I was curious as to the legitimacy of these games? The main reason I actually signed up for the forum is so that I could post and ask about this. I really want to join this "Pick a Card Any Card" pin game. I have plenty of money set aside toward buying pins and this seems like a fun way to do so. I was just wondering if anyone knows the person that is putting on the game or if someone knows more about "pin games".

If you have any doubt about the games , write to the host, send them a PM and ask any question that you may have, to date almost non of our games per se, have resluted in angry mobs or lawsuites, some gloating and even some jealousy , oh you bet,,,,
We as a site , per usual legal tender, do not claim any responsiblity or assume blame for any actions of the game host<ie it aint our fault, be smart with money especially, it dont grow on trees>

We as a staff do try to ensure that all games are honored<ie if that many prizes is offered, you better pony up the advertised quantity and pin>, otherwise a very disgruntled mob may seek pitchforks and torches , or you may suddenly notice no one responds to you , you get a butt load of neg feedback<yes we use our feedback system to help with game particpation and host ratings> as well as suddenly find yourself with the words "banned " under your screename for improper marketplace<yes we have an infraciton system so we do monitor this stuff, and just ask around, yes some folks do get banned>
Lastly of course is this little tidbit, If, and please one of you lawyers out there correct me if Im wrong, YOU contractually agree to a service or product, and have it sent via the USPS to an individual whom is in contract and fails to deliver thier product, they are indeed guilty of mail fraud, a FEDERAL charge,,, now granted your local FBI branch may be exceedingly busy as we live in most intresting times, however a Federal Mail fraud charge is usaully enough of a reminder to get whatever sent that was agreed apon,,,,,,And oh yes we dont delete from our server and you bet we would most likely help any agents from Qunico to whatever extent they wished......

Orr you could just watch how some of them play out, see which host offer the most bang for the buck<lets face it the gang here are all pin addicts so you know they will post about what they won!!!
