Hi everybody,

my name is Massimiliano, I'm 30, and I was born and still live in Milan, Italy. I'm married (yes I'm sorry disney princesses :rofl:
I work in the "claims" office in a customer care center. I've already made some posts here and there but I forgot to post a proper introduction.

I'm having a very fun time with you guys expecially the guys in the chatroom. You are SUPER NICE and funny. Psycho Pixie makes me laugh so hard at times.

I've never been in american parks but I visited U.S.A. once (chicago and michigan)

Sunday I will be for the 11th time in a Disney Park, 8th time in Paris (and I've been 3 times in Tokyo). I made a lot of sacrifices everyday, just to be able to make a nice vacation so ... can't wait for DLP!

And now my pin History!

I like pins but I'm not a collector. It all started when in 2009 I was in DLRP and they had a winter clearance. I found this pin

pin58442

it was ONE euro and I bought maybe 10 of those (and some HSM, also on sale), a generic Lanyard and I started trading with cast members and had WONDERFUL time doing that. I kept one Giselle and in 2011 my VERY small collection doubled as I went back to the park. When I watch my pins I feel like I'm in the park, that's why I love my pins.

Then I was planning my upcoming trip in DLP (SUNDAY :anxious:) I bought some booster sets from EBAY (needed legit traders) and later I found this forum. I'm having a great time setting trades, talking to people etc etc. I will make a small "open edition CM trade report" when I'll be back :)

Currently I'm in love with PODM (and I didn't know they existed before joining here): I love Cinema, Disney and Pins. They are like the perfect collectible to me. I understand there are much better pins but they broke my heart.

well... that's it :)

I learnt English in London when I was younger and used to live there for 4 months 10 years ago... but I don't speak English everyday so I'm sorry if I make mistakes. please feel free to point out all the errors so I can improve my English :)

Hey you! You're right, that is one pretty Giselle pin. I can't believe what a great deal you got on it! Anyway, glad you found your way here and I'm sure I'll probably see you in chat later on :)

Hi there and welcome to the forum. I was also born in Italy but am no longer a dual citizen. I wish they'd have more animated Giselle pins as she's one of my favorites.

Huge welcome!!

Noticed the title of your thread and thought cool. Not too many members from Italy!!

Would love to learn more about Italy and what's it is like to live there. Customs, daily life, etc.

Your English is good. No need to critique it, as most of us here in the U.S. are still learning to speak it properly. Lol.

Wishing you the best time in Paris. Although we have gone to D-World in Florida and go to D-Land in California a lot, we have not been to a Disney Park outside the U. S. :-(. Maybe some day but I doubt it.

Happy trading!

Vicki

Hi, welcome to DPF! We have yet to chat in the chatroom, I haven't been in there much recently; hopefully soon we can talk there! :)

Howdy from Texas Massimiliano,
Welcome to the Forum.
I like that Giselle pin of yours. She is one of my favorites to collect.
I know you'll love it here.
And by the way, I think your english is great :)

Hi Vicky! You know what's fun? I thought I was the only italian but now I know there are at least 3 italians. Me, Enrico and Merida90. We don't have a pin forum in Italy but maybe we should try do one :)

Hi and welcome,

Next time you visit the US you should definitely stay in the warmer parts, like CA or FL :bigthumb: haha

I will, I think I'm coming to WDW in a couple of years and I definitely want to visit your country :)
