Sinisters were only available during Mickey's Circus. Sorry to disappoint!
Are you planning on attending any of the Halloween parties? There are exclusive pins there and there's a villain set!
I only need 3 pins to complete my entire villains set fortunately.

Yes! On 9/25 we will. In fact that's our only Disney park day, the rest are Uni, IoA, SW, Busch, Aquatica! But we're staying on property. Will definitely check out the pins that night. Will PM about a good time to meet up. Are you planning to purchase Mulan PODM on Thurs?
