I have it but you can only search by number, it is hard to find the specific pin... Is there any other way?

You don't have to search by number. Click on "Search," then under "Advanced Search" select "Disney Pins" and then "Continue"... At the bottom of the next page that comes up, you'll find a space where you can type in characters, keywords, etc.
