PinPics Picture question

Firstly...this is not about the whole ebay/pinpics picture dispute

I was just wondering if there was a way, or if it was allowed to change a picture of a pin on pinpics?

I was thinking this the other day as a I recieved a pin, and it was soo much nicer than the picture used and it really didnt do it justice! the picture was quite blury and looked like it was done on a scanner. And another time I got a pin, it was really pretty in real life but the picture was a stock drawing one and didnt quite capture the sparkly areas of the pin.

If you cant no worries but was just wondering if there was a pin I could get a better picture of, would it be allowed to be changed?

Just take a better picture of the pin and mail it to info@pinpics.com (i think thats the right address)

Katy's spot on! Send your image to that e-mail address with a small explanation - the image should be updated quite quickly!

If the person who put the pic up originally still uses pinpics, would it not offend them though that it has been changed?

Nope, one of the things pin pics has allways wanted to do is get a good pic of the pin up. so if your pic is better send it in. i have done that before and so have many others!

I think of my next day off and I have time to kill I may go back to the couple of pins I saw and get a good picture of them.
