It depends on the design, but they usually go for around 10-20. Some go for a bit more and some for a bit less. For some reason they just don't hold a lot of value, especially for being WDI pins.

I haven't seen any reports of faked WDI penny pins. It doesn't mean they don't exist, but as a whole I'd say they're a fairly safe set.
