I know the storybook pins are beautiful, I have them and am auctioning an extra. Has anyone seen the pins with the flag or the Hall of Presidents pins and how do they compare with the storybooks? Or what do you think of them in general? I'm thinking if ordering a few and would like some feedback if possible if they are of the caliber of the books. Thanks for any thoughts.

I picked up two of the patriotic pins along with extras of the storybooks. The other pins were nice. Sort of an antique satin silver. The one with Mickey saluting in front of the flag. It was nice. I often get military service members at the parks look through my book for Americana pins. I usually don't have any so now I have something for them.

I was thinking of getting the one with Mickey saluting, so that's good to hear. Was looking at the "To Honor America" with the flag and Mickey, Goofy and Donald. What did you think of the POTC pins if you saw them?

My dad is a Abe Lincolin impersonator and so whenever a lincolin pin shows up I grab them, I love the one where Lincolin is deep in thought standing by the window, they are beautiful. My dad told me your going to get me into collecting pins arent you, Hehehe Yes!

Good to know! That was the Lincoln one that I was going to get. How cool that your dad is a Lincoln impersonator. I grew up in an area deep in Lincoln history, his home, where he lived growing up as older child, his tomb, etc in Springfield, IL.

Pretty much all of the pins I saw there are very nicely done. The M/D/G patriotic one is pretty big. I doubt you'd be disappointed with any of them. JMO.

The next exhibit at the Reagan Library after D23 leaves will be about Abraham Lincoln.

I have the "To Honor America" one and it is a good size pin, but not as big as the storybook pins.

I love the Hall of Presidents pins. Not sure if there are other places where that artwork is for sale (from the attraction) so I was thrilled to see them.

Great question as the artwork on those pins is fantastic along with some of the artwork used in the current version of the Hall of Presidents. There is one pose of George Washington looking out the window deep in thought that I would love to have for my office.

As for the Reagan Library Hall of Presidents pins, they are fantastic and I love how they were done.

thanks for the responses. i had hoped they would be as nice as the storybooks and it certainly seems they are. will be ordering before they are gone. too bad it is so far for me:-( about as far as you can go in the contiguous US. oh well, some day.
