Should I be worried?

On March 22nd I agreed on my first pinpics trade on the 23rd I mailed my pin out sent the other party the delivery conf.# and got nothing in return on the 26th I emailed them and was just trying to touch base with them. I got an email back later and they said oh I received your pin today don't worry I have been a pin trader for years I will make sure you get your pin. Then says I had to get work done on my car and have several pins to be mailed hopefully I can get them out tomorrow. Now its the 30th and no emails giving me any conf.# maybe I'm paranoid because I have been burned on trades from another forum? I hate to keep having to initiate emails, what would you do?

I would keep emailing. Believe if this goes for 2 weeks then just leave a bad report on pin pics.

I would keep emailing and I would love to know who it was. If I have had dealings with them, I will let you know.

If the trade is in the USA, I don't worry until 1 week since the trade has been confirmed and most of the time, I don't get emailed DC#'s. I contact the person after 1.5-2 weeks.

This person has made alot of trades just didnt see many recent ones hopefully im worried over nothing thanks for helping ease my doubts....

Well don't I feel like quite the fool now what shows up on my door step at 3:30 yep my trade not only did I get the pin I wanted she threw in an extra pin to my surprise and it was awesome.....I originally traded for the pirates pin the other one was a bonus here they are......

Both really nice pins Congrats! And I totally understand that you were worried at first. Pinpics can be a gamble at times, and you are virtually sending out a pin to a complete stranger hoping that they will send theirs in good faith without any consequences if they don't send it. With one of my first trades on pinpics for a 3-3 trade, the trader took 2 weeks to ship mine because he was sick, and then sent me one wrong pin. Glad things worked out for you though, and that the trader was nice enough to send you an awesome zap!

More often than not things work out just fine. Definitely, double check pin references. Should you see one of us giving the reference, shoot us an email and we can let you know.
