Any link I try that takes one to the chat room doesn't work. It tries to open it in the window I'm using rather than in a pop-up. I've tried opening it normally, in a new tab and a new window. Nothing works. Any help?

I'm using Internet Explorer at the moment.

I'd first try going to the java and Internet explorer websites and making sure you have the most current updates. If that doesn't work, let us know. I know this happened to me recently and that helped.
 
Ah thanks! I updated Java and chat now works, not in a pop-up anymore but hey at least it works. 😀
