Well, I guess they're giving away Rey's parentage with the title, then?
Finally decided to answer the question I see. I think it is long overdue personally
Oh my! Excited and sad at same time.
Yeah, my thought exactly. At least initially. Then my wife said "Maybe they mean Luke" And I said he's dead. But she said maybe, maybe not. And then there's that "Nobody's ever really gone" line. So who knows?
Yeah, I don't know. The only other thing I could think of was that the rumor was that this move was meant to be Leia's somehow. So maybe she's the Skywalker? But I'm really betting on Rey.
Yeah, that's quite an emotional hug they have in the trailer. So maybe about Leia's early days and her daughter....Rey? Which may explain the strong bond to her (step?) brother?
This is all about good triumphing over evil. So, my guess is that Rey turns Ben away from the dark....he is a Skywalker as well.
Yup, as a diehard Kylo Ren fan, I'm hoping it's his redemption - with the help of Rey.
Maybe it's the whole family...

Hmm, maybe the Sith chick from Solo there at the end?
Seriously, though, I think it's going to be a "psych" moment, kind of like when Luke was battling Vader, giving into the dark side in front of the Emperor, and then he came to the realization that was not the path he wanted to go down.
I just don't understand the whole "all good" or "all bad" mentality of Star Wars....well, everything is either just black or white....seriously people, it's all grey....just don't let the dark side completely take over!
I'm a bundle of nerves! I don't know what to expect!
I'm expecting what you said for psych moment. It'll be a retread of ROTJ in the throne room. But I'm really hoping it's not. The Rise of Ben. The Rise of Leia. The Rise of Luke. The Rise of Rey. The Rise of Anakin. Who knows. I can't wait.

Husband bought our tickets back in October so we could see it opening weekend. I was not disappointed. I really liked it.
I'll be seeing it in two weeks....in the meantime, I've read what happened already.....doesn't sound good
Quite pleased that JJ Abrams managed to pull out a proper bookend to The Force Awakens with this film. Think it was an incredible accomplishment considering he had to deal with what Last Jedi did.
I have been resisting going ever since I walked out of the theater for The Last Jedi. But now that it's open, I find myself trying to avoid spoilers. So since I apparently still care enough for that, I told DH he could buy me a ticket too. We're going next Saturday, after we're home from our FL trip.
Just got back from seeing it. Also would see it again, but no specific plans as of yet. We missed about 3 minutes at the beginning... there were NO trailers at the viewing I attended. Bought the $12 SW themed popcorn bucket (thus the 3 minute lateness.)
