If you are having trouble uploading signature pictures, you may be trying to upload your image as a bitmap (.BMP) file. The use of bitmaps as image files has declined due to their large file size. This is why our forum software isn't permitting some uploads. Try converting your image into a .JPG, .GIF, or .PNG file. This can be done in any photo editing program, including Microsoft Paint, by opening the image, choosing "Save As...," and saving as an appropriate file.

If that does not work, try using the Basic Uploader option in the bottom right corner of the "Add an Image" pop-up box. This has helped a few members as well.

After uploading, remember to click the "Insert Signature Picture" to the right of the screen. The bracketed "SIGPIC" code should appear in the signature text box. From here, you can add additional images by clicking the "Add an Image" icon [IMG] and format the rest of your signature. Try previewing your signature first if any images don't appear.

Please let us know if this solves any problem you may have and especially if it doesn't!
