So over on Pin Talk, DLRPinTrader92 has pictures of the pin preview boards from DLR Pin Night. I noticed in the Cruise Line mystery set (release date June) that one of the pins is of Donald, and through his porthole he is looking at the Up house and its many balloons sailing by. And the Daisy pin, she's looking at Rapunzel swinging on her hair.

I thought I better point that out, because it's easy to ignore cruise pins, especially when other characters (and towel animals) are the prominent feature.

Oh, and Goofy is looking at Ray from Princess & the Frog, so I better mention that too.

Oh I don't know... the DSF Rapunzel pin never got up that high, probably because a lot of people did not think the design was that great. These pins also don't look that nice (IMO, but... they don't). I mean Daisy and Donald look nice but... ;) I still would like the ones with Ray and with Rapunzel for my collection, but I don't think anyone who needs them will be battling extreme prices here. :)

Guess I'm going on an unscheduled cruise and just buy all they have. How do I find out which cruise line will be carrying these pins and the dock/ boarding date?

What is the LE? I have noticed from prior Cruise pins that if it's shared among all boats, it's either an open edition or LE 1000 - LE 3000. If its to a specific boat, it's LE is open edition, LE 500 - LE 750. No more than $13 before eBay prices.

I have my work cut out for me. DSF next month then the cruise lines right after.

DCL has a ship (Disney Wonder) out of the LA port. I would think since the DCL pins are on the DLR preview board, the pins would be available on the West Coast cruises (Mexico / California / Canada / Washington / Alaska).

I think Mexico is done this month (April) and it will start Alaska before it disappears.
 
I will be going on Disney Wonder out of Seattle June 4th. I will be happy to look for those pins for people (at cost or for trades!). Just let me know!

Now if only us locals could find a way to persuade the Port of Seattle to let us set up shop to trade pins before/after the Wonder departs on Monday.
 
I just got back on Friday after being on the Magic. This is seriously poor timing. There wasn't much trading or a pin selection on my cruise.
