Hello- I'm getting a bad feeling that I may have been taken. Anybody ever trade with Absalom on pinpics? I mailed pins out on July 5th and still have not received my pins. The communication was great up to a week ago. Last he wrote me was last Saturday and he said that I should have the pins by mid to late of this past week. I've sent a few emails asking about the status of the pins the last few days and have not received a reply.


UPDATE 7/26...Long story short. I emailed him on 7/20, 7/21, 7/22, and early 7/23 asking about the status of the pins and got no replies. Late 7/23 I emailed again threatening action. Two minutes later he replied saying that they were shipped that day (7/23). I asked for the dc# since he was suppose to mail 4 podm pins to me...no reply. Still no pins. I'm less than 300 miles from him. I should have had them yesterday or at the latest today if they were actually mailed on 7/23. Filed complaint with pinpics.

UPDATE 7/30...Received 2 of 4 podm's in the mail. They were sent on Friday, July 27th....even though the last reply that I received from him stated "Shipped today, sorry for the delay. P.S. Take a chill pill." after I threatened to take action...that was back on 7/23. I filed complaint with pinpics on 7/26.

Well there last trade was on 6/1/12.and they have traded with several DPF members I see on the ref center

I know. His past emails said that he'd mail on the 5th...then the 9th...then sometime this past week so that I'd have them by today.
 
No. On 5th he said "he'd mail later (today) as well" after I said that I'd mail on the 5th...on the 9th he said"mailing this afternoon"...on the 14th he said that he'd mail them and that I'd have them no later than today.
 
I did atempt a trade with him once. same problem and I never did get my pin... Sorry to say. I didnt worry about it because it was a little pin for a Hidden mickey. But Just to be sure before I typed this, I went back through my slips. I DID send a pin, according to my DC slips. According to my saved emails, I never recieved the pin he said he shipped. It was a small pin so I didnt bother notifying pinpics, but if you do not recieve, let me know and we can both file a complaint.

I hope that you get the other 2 pns. I think this user is now suspended on pinpics. I searched for that user name and nothing comes up.
 
Don't see where they have the grounds to tell you to take a chill pill =/
Id be feeling the same way if it was something this big
 
I wish there was more you could do! I imagine he will just start a new account on pinpics. Way to ruin a wonderful hobby, buddy! I sure hope a miracle happens for you!
