It's my birthday!!!! So I wanted to have a little bit of fun! Here's my idea: *insert evil laugh*

1. Pick out your favorite pin in your collection.
2. Take a picture of yourself reenacting the scene in the pin.
3. The pin must be in the picture as well.
4. Post the picture as a reply on this thread with the pinpics ID number.

The first 2 people to do this will get a limited edition pin.
The next 2 people to do this will get an open edition pin.
The next 2 people to do this will get a hidden Mickey pin.

BONUS: no matter what order you post, the person who puts the most into the picture will get a special pin. Costume? Most like pin? Props? Helpers?

I have a birthday date with my hubby now that he is feeling better (double lung transplant, miracles happen everyday) so I will not be available tonight, but the contest closes at 12:30 pm Central Standard time tomorrow, July 6.

Have fun! Cannot wait to see!!

Hee! I'm at work, without my pins, and have to pack for a trip tonight, but I might still try and do this just for the silliness.
 
This should be intresting... will not be doing this cause I'm a guy who collects a princess "we wants the red head!" ha ha but it would be odd if I did 0_0 ha ha! looking forward 2 watching this thread thoguh

Hard to get the crocodile, pin, and parasol all in one picture without a tripod. I will attach better pictures in a minute. Thats just my first try. (Pin #70025)

LOL, you all should have seen me for the last ten minutes. As soon as I read this post I RAN outside, grabbed our patio decorations (crocodiles), RAN inside, grabbed an umbrella (even though it's like 90 degrees outside right now), RAN to my room, changed into a dress and started snapping pictures like mad. The best part is that there are construction workers inside my house right now and they are staring at me like I'M CRRRAAAZY.

I guess I could have chosen an easier pin to pose as... but that wouldn't be honest. I LOVE Minnie on the tightrope with Tic Toc underneath. It had to be this one.


So... Do I get a pin? Do I? Huh, huh?

@electricglore: Thanks! I've always loved the Haunted Mansion portraits, the girl on tightrope was always my favorite... When I first saw the pin with Minnie as the parasol lady and Tic Toc as the crocodile, I fell in love.

Also the wig was way too short, but it was fun! Your picture is awesome too
