Todd please reply to me it's been nearly a week since I paid and I have not heard a thing from you.
 
My guess you will all be getting refunds to it would have been fine if he just contacted me once to let me know what was happening. I really wanted this pin and to refund with no explanation is very rude.
 
He has some very messy personal issues going on and he probably feels terrible and felt it better to just refund you than to explain. Since Elsa is most popular, perhaps the problem is that this certain someone kept Elsa or sold it themselves. I shouldn't really try to speculate though. I will see if I can ask him to PM you.

I brought her as a cheer up present to myself as its now a year ago since I lost my father and I am so gutted if did this to me :-(

So, I'd assume she took (possibly stole?) them from him and he no longer can fulfill the auction/sales.

That's really sad for him 🙁 but these ones are different he was selling them on behalf of a friend
