Hello all! It has been many years since I have been in the pin trading circles, and I am looking to liquidate my collection. What is currently the best place to catalogue all my pins?

Last I was active there was PinPics and then we had all moved to a new site, btu now there are so many I am at a loss on which one to start investing my time and energy in.

Thanks in advance for the help and advice. I have so many fond memories of this community, unfortunately I just fell out of love with the hobby.

Sorry to hear that you are getting rid of your pins. (But definitely interested in seeing what you have when you do so. :) )
I find Pin and Pop the easiest to use to find and record pins. I never put my collection in PinPics but I did in P&P due to how easy they made it. They are not quite as extensive as PP, especially with older stuff. But if anything is missing, it is very quick and easy to add them. And by doing so, you would be helping out the community!
For determining current values, I think eBay sold listings is good benchmark. If you have a sales account with them (very easy and no cost to set up) you get access to data going back 3 years and the more accurate actual sold price for ones where a best offer was accepted.
Good luck!

Not sure the purpose of cateloging on a trading web site? Most cateloging sites don't offer selling... at least not yet. I don't know anything about selling on these platforms, but would check out facebook instagram or whatnot. eBay is always a standard. And of course you could sell here in the DPF marketplace.

I'm going to echo Starry_Solo's recommendation - I use Google sheets to keep track of my inventory. Would be happy to send you the template I use. So sorry to hear you fell out of love with the hobby!

Both Pin and Pop and Pinpics have utilities where you can export your pins as a CSV file which then can be opened in Excel. So it is still worth cataloging on a website, because it's far easier to click the little Own buttons than have to type everything in.
