Hi all,

My name is Wendy, and I live a few miles from Disneyland with my black cat Jiji.

I’m pretty new to all this. I absolutely love Lady and the Tramp. I started collecting Lady probably six months ago. Then I had to complete the Disney Dogs and Sweet Dreams sets after getting so many in my quest for Lady and Tramp. Now I’m officially hooked and need to start looking to trade all these duplicates.

I have much to learn, and I’m very happy to have stumbled upon such a kind and welcoming community.

Ah, Jiji! By a slim margin, Kiki's Delivery Service is my favorite Studio Ghibli movie, and I'm starting to get more than a few pins for it.

Welcome!
Yeah, I don’t recommend naming your cat after a cute character that has a lot of cute merchandise. I have too much Jiji stuff to go with the cat, but no pins yet.

Yeah! Another Studio Ghibli fan!! Kiki's Delivery Service is definitely top 5 for me. Welcome to the Forum!! I don't have a large Studio Ghibli collection but I'm really happy with what I do have; if you figure out how to share photos, please show me your collection!! @SoraPandora is also partial to Jiji as the official spooky ambassador on the Forum. :) Nice to meet ya from Texas!

Hi, it's great to have you here!
I love mystery sets, but they are so addicting!! I'm currently working on the Hercules 25th anniversary set of classical vases.
I love kitties, but my husband is allergic to them, so we have adopted 2 German Shepherds, Abby & Hejra.

They really are addicting! I think trading is the only to go about those. Except for that LATT bone. I had to get that completed for my collection. And I somehow ended up with 2!

Good luck with the vases. I haven’t seen those yet.

Welcome to the forum! :lgm: Sounds like you are in a good location to get great pins and had good timing on when to start collecting based on your interest.
I am. I may need to start offering pick ups, especially when my Tuesday mornings free up again. Yesterday was like Christmas and my birthday in one with all those LATT pins😍

I will figure out photos someday, and I’ll try to remember this post. But I don’t have a Ghibli collection (yet?).

Welcome!
Having allergies to cats my whole life, I was not a cat person.
Enter Disney pins and I am now the proud owner of a flourishing Flerkitten collection, Marie collection, and various Mochi, Oliver and Sox (yes he counts) pins.
So happy to have entered the world of being a cat lady!!

Sounds like you get to enjoy a lot of cute kitties with no 4am wake-ups or pukey surprises.

Traders without event tickets will hang out outside the venue and trade. At least at WDW this is what happens. I have not attended a DLR event in years and the DL hotel is not set up like the Coranado hotel at WDW is (lots of seating and hall space outside the conference room at the Coranado.)

Hope to meet you in person if you make it. :)
