Yesterday afternoon I was lying in bed suffering from a migraine.
My mom went out to check the mail, and when she came back in, she was holding a bubble envelope high in the air saying “I have something that will make you feel better! I recognize this return address!”
I sat up, curious, because I wasn’t expecting any mail. Sure enough, the return address made me smile, despite how hard my head was pounding... CJ (Merlin) sent me something!
I opened the package and there was not one but three pins...
@MerlinEmrys got me the new Peter Pan pin from the Animation Celebration (which has a really cool holographic effect) and an adorable Halloween pin featuring Mickey and Minnie. YAY!!
Also in the package was a PTD of Madam Mim as a dragon!!! OMG!! (Mim is the only human Disney villain I truly love.) According to the note inside, this pin is from @AvatarAng1. (WHAT?! WHY?! Thank you Mark!)
I haven’t really been buying or trading Disney pins in a while (just taking a break) so this package was a really nice reminder of my favorite hobby and all the people I love here on DPF.
