DLRP Jumbo 81719 Stitch/Ariel - What Does Flounder have over his mouth?

In the pin below, it appears that Flounder has a gray rectangle over his mouth. Does anyone have this pin that can share what it looks like in person? It looks like he's been gagged with duct tape! Just curious...

Wow, so sad to think of poor Flounder with duct tape, yech! Just goes to show, you never know what may be found on a Disney Pin....

yeah its tape, I had trouble thinking what it was till I traded for the pin in Paris.

What you can't see from the picture though, is the white blob that is at the top of Ariel's mouth. It looks really odd when you see the pin in real life. From a distance it's fine. I presume it's meant to be teeth or something but it just doesn't look right at all. Shame really, as other than that it's a lovely pin.

the teeth on my pin looks fine as its a small white line rather than a blob, I will bring it with me when I come over to compare
