GRRRRRRRrrrrrrr Problems getting into the Chat room

OK I have NEVER been able to get into the chat room here!!

I have installed the latest java, gone into my internet options and allowed/changed/switched/applied everything it has told me to to trouble shoot and it still tells me

This Chat Software requires Java:
Get Java Now


Please help!!!

I already installed java . . and when I go to the java website and do the "check for java" it says I have the latest version and no updates are needed/available.

Woot! Figured it out! Seems like chat is having difficulties with Internet Explorer. If you're using IE, try using another browser.
