Hi! I took a long break from pin collecting back in 2013/2014. I don’t remember PTDs being sold on backers back then. When did they start selling them on backers?

In 2017 there was a "stoppage" of PTDs for a while. Some due to the port workers strike, shipping companies having issues, etc. But DSSH previewed a large amount of PTDs at the WDW pin trading event and they began releasing on backer cards November 2017.
