Selling items that are Non-Disney?

Hi, I was just wondering if it were possible to sell/trade things that aren't Disney? Like Spider-man (which I guess is now considered to be owned by Disney since they bought Marvel), Batman, Beanie Babies, etc. and possibly just have like a little online garage sale? lol. Thanks!!!
