When trading or buying for a pin would you care if one of the Pin post was missing or broke off? Let's say it was a rare pin or you're HG would you? just wanted to know what you folks have to say,

I have a mini rare LE Tinkerbell pin that is missing a post . 2 posts on a mini pin . I was gutted as its one of my HG's . Doesn't matter though because it still hangs nicely . I'm sure it probably lost value, but she's a keeper .

If it were me, and it was a HG, and if I could get it a a sufficient discount (because it's broken and therefore worth less than it normally would) I would certainly get it (but still keep my eye out for another copy). Good luck!

If it was my HG, and I didn't know when I had a chance to get another one, I'd go for it anyway! Pin posts can be easily repaired with this bonding agent called E6000(or something like that).

For all other purposes though, especially if I wanted to use it as a trader, I would not do it because other people might not feel the same as I do, and I'd never want to chance that.

I would not typically want it but if it were a HG that was at a great price then I would certainly buy it. It would have to be a pretty big discount though as it would be considered "damaged". ;)
