Did I score big? Did i get a grail, a trade, or a scrapper?

Well i just got back from a flea market that has a vendor specializing in Disney collections and pins. I bought a good number of pins. I thought that maybe i had scored really big, but after entering them all into pinpics I realized that some are scrappers and now i'm totally bummed. Some I still feel I did good. Especially the Hercules ones I feel I did good. The Donald and 2 dalmatians are scrappers. I already found the flaws. Can someone please tell me if i did good? Can some still be traded or should i keep? What do I do?

That Cheshire Lollypop has been heavly scrappered. You still see it sometimes on WDW lanyards. I can't tell if yours is from the pictures, but I would suspect it.

ON pinpics.com, they mention the flaws that you can see with each one. Example: The Donald on the back some of the stamps are crocked. One dalmatian should have an opening behind his legs, its filled in. The other dalmatian running should have black on his forward paw. Mine doesn't. At least the Hercules ones are not Scrappers. Those were made in 1997 and the pin craze didn't start til after that so I think I'm safe.

Doesnt seem like a bad price. Those Hercules pins and backers they come on look really cool Those are great to have in a collection. I say hang on to them Pin now a days can be $20 each, so you got a good deal on those, me thinks

If you are happy with your purchase and you want to keep the pins, do! Don't let scrappers put you down. The Sebastian with flounder is lovely btw!

Thank you for all the help. All of these are for trade, except for the 2 dalmatians. Those are scrappers. I wouldn't do that to anyone. The Donald i still have to research and make sure its legit and not a scrapper. If any are interesting to anyone, please let me know.

Of all the pins you got, I like the dalmatians best - Even if they're scrappers!

If you don't know what else you're gonna do with them, can I have them? They'd look so cute on my Disney animal cork board! And I'd send you money for shipping, and everything. (And don't worry - I'd never trade them away! I know better than that.)

The Donald is definitely a scrapper. I can see the coloring is totally off. I am the person who originally reported that scrapper. My DS#2 (DieHardDonald) and I both traded for the pin (though we didn't know that at the time) in the same week. I received a scrapper and he received (luckily!) a real pin. With the pins side by side it is easy to recognize the scrapper by the miscolorations. This is true of all the scrappers from this LE 50 set.

You can also identify scrappers from this event by the imprint on the back of the pin. The real pins have an event imprint in the correct logo font that matches the event materials. The imprint on the scrappers are all in a basic non-serifed font.

Thank you for the help. I kinda knew it was too good to be true that i found a LE 50 on a flea market cork board. Guess It's just gonna have to be a learning experience for me. Now i know what to look for when i trade and buy.
