That pin doesn't appear to be on Pinpics. Just scoured the site using the Mickey, sorcerer, broom tags and couldn't find it anywhere.
I was at the Walt Disney Family Museum just a few months ago and they didn't have that pin. So either it pre-dates my visit or it's new. My guess would be that it's new, because all of the pins that were there when I went were on PinPics.
