Anyone here going to 2014 D23 Destination D in November?

They will have a Mickey's of Glendale WDI pop-up shop with some exclusive pins. I wonder what they will have in the shop?

I bet they will have 50 or so left, but unless you get there super early on Friday to get in line, you probably won't get them.
 
Was there a special premium package for 2014 Destination D? I know there is one for 2015 D23 that sold out in minutes, but wasn't aware of one for Nov 2014. Pls clarify, someone in the know.
Answer my own question- top of the world pkg sold out, of course

Yup, there was, it cost 1000 dollars. Nobody knows how many were sold though, so no way of knowing if they will be able to buy all of the LE 200. Anyone have any guesses how early on Friday they will open registration and shopping? We arrive Thursday evening but attend MVMCP on Friday evening so we can't be in line :/ I hope they do it in the morning.
 
Also i think most people expect that the three hats shown (LILO rapunzel and gurgi) to be part of three different sets to be released at the ship. One based on LILO & stitch movie, one set for tangled, and one set for black cauldron)
 
Hey starry :) do you think that they will release the full set of rapunzel,black couldron and lilo and stitch with the release of these pins? also if they do release the full sets do you think they would release them there or online on WDI? Thanks!
 
If they did release the full set of tangled, LILO & stitch, and black cauldron, I would say it would be released at the event first and if there are any leftovers, at WDI in Glendale. Unlikely it would be an online release.

It will be like D23 last year, specific pins released at the store and leftovers available in store
 
This was added to the D23 Event site a few days ago:

In the interest of hosting a safe, fair and fun sales event for everyone attending Destination D: Attraction Rewind, Mickey’s of Glendale will implement the following policy for any pin releases with a Limited Edition of 500 or lower: All pins are limited to one (1) per person, per day, ages four years and up.

Will be interesting to see how folks will work around this, or how are they going to keep track of purchases??

This just added to the D23 site:

In addition to all this, there will be a Mystery Box pin set featuring the Pleasure Island club marquee logos including Mannequins Dance Palace, Comedy Warehouse, 8TRAX, Pleasure Island Jazz Co., Rock ‘n’ Roll Beach Club, and Adventurer’s Club.
And just wait … there’s even more to come!

Guys, look! I took a screenshot of this from someone on Instagram but I can't find an official page for them on the D23 site. FINALLY, Lion King sorcerer hat pins! Does anyone know anything about these? I've been hoping for Simba and Nala but Timon and Zazu are fantastic too!

Just to be clear - I don't think these are part of the WDI Pop-up event, I just saw them and wanted to discuss.

Yay so glad I'm going, I still hope they will open sales Friday morning so it won't clash with the Christmas party! Fingers crossed!
