My Tiana came missing a shoe. She thinks she is Cinderella. The seller didn't know it was missing so now I'm ISO one.

Have you throughly checked her restraints to make sure she wasn’t re-boxed? I notice the elastic is still around her ankle which is weird and it begs the question of HOW the shoe was lost (why isn't it rattling around in the box? why does the remaining shoe look so battered?). It may also be telling that you are able to lift that much of her skirt. If she has been re-boxed then the seller absolutely knew about the shoe and is lying to you and you should be entitled to a refund!
