My New Year started wonderful thanks to a very special young lady who took time to send me a lovely package: Erika (crushedbubbles) surprised us with special made-to-order buttons, a lovely Ariel & Eric pin and yummy candy (that came in super handy after my daughter's flu shot today)
Look at my wonderful gifts from Erika:
I found a mangled & torn package (and said a blessing for USPS!) in my mailbox yesterday. Luckily, nothing was lost from our goodies.
Can you see attention to the detail? She made me grin from ear-to-ear: This young lady actually reads and remembers folks! Thumper for my daughter, and Briar Rose for me; she made them herself. Herself!
And the super cute Ariel & Eric pin will fit just in to my Ariel & Eric page. Just when I think "It does not get better than this." there is the super cute Princess candy. We tried them all after a dr. visit this morning. I had to let kiddo try a bit of each because she was so brave while getting her flu shot and she is *deadly afraid* of needles. But, Erika's candy perked her right up
We also appreciated her kind and thoughtful note very much, and my daughter is now jealous of Erika's hand-writing .. LOL ..
Erika, both of us sincerely THANK YOU for your kindness. I hope you will see similar kindness again and again in 2014. In fact, I have a feeling you might ... cookie monster says so
