I assume this must have been at Disneyland, since you mentioned the June 2 opening date. Sherry, you mentioned someone's name as being the person in charge. Has anyone ever been able to call or write to this person's superior? I don't mean to imply that I would try to get him/her in trouble, but I think that with any company, there should be a channel for the consumer to offer feedback or get some satisfaction when they are supporting a product.
It just seems hard to comprehend that a company with the resources that this one has can't make their product more readily available. For example, I contacted the online Disney Store this week about one of their upcoming releases. Their response was that they couldn't tell me when the pin would be available. Do you want my money or not? How does a merchandising giant not know when their stuff is going to be available???
