Anyone want to help me give my dad a major fun birthday surprise
No one here has had the oppertunity to meet my dad, he and my niece and his sister are basically all the family I have. Yes I have a mom, but I feel I don't have a mom, but we'll save that for another day. My dad is awesome, he's a bit grouchy (again with my mom, and another day lol, he does not beleive in divorce and I hate how my mom treats him too) He also suffers from depression and he's stressed and frustrated. I like trying to cheer him up and do fun stuff with him.
I don't know if this is the proper place to post this, hope it is. So my dad looks like Abraham Lincolin, he has done a press release commercial for Cheerios, has been hired many places to portray the Prez and does presentations at schools and civil war reenactments, PPL freak when they see him
My dad and my my son at the Local Harbor for Tall ships event, they even asked for Jordan to show up in costume.
My dad visits my sons school, he did a free presentation for the kids, he has done this for everyone of the kids in the family. But also gets hired to do classes too

Ok so to the point, I bought one of Amy's Lanyards and found some patriotic pins at My D-Pins but Iwant to fill his Lanyard full of fun Disney patriotic pins. He has always questioned my hobby, he never understood the fun of pin trading till he took me to My D-Pins and found some pins he liked, I have to laugh he bought more pins than I did. then Karin Zapped him with a pin and he said what is Zapping, and I explained it to him, he was shocked that people are so kind to each other, he didn't believe it and thought it was the neatest thing ever. So I told him he needs to join the forum and meet great people and go with me to a pin release ahahahahahaha DSF one lol! and meet all these great people, my friends. I almost got him convinced to go. he likes pins now and the trading idea but my dad has a super tight wallet so I don't see him getting a pass to DL or goin to many Pin releases anyway my mom is a very jelous woman and gets mad when he spends too much time with us and not her (sorry I don't mean to bash her, but another day i'll explain)
So getting to the point, I have a few pins that I don't collect they are in my pin trading bag, but I don't see others wanting them either, but some do, here's what I purpose, does anyone have any patriotic pins they don't want? do you want to zap a very Patriotic guy??? my pops! he say's he only wants the patriotic pinsso me and Hidden_Miki have been buying what we can, but we want to give him a lanyard chock full of patriotic pins! and then we want to take im to DL so he can sport it! lol. If you see a patriotic pin in your bag and you don't want it can you send it to me to give to my dad, and I in return will zap you with something back, it could be a L.E or an OE but I will try my best to match a zap that fits your wants as close as I can.
