I'm good at authenticating pins in person for most pins. But for some of the rarer designs that I haven't seen many of, I'm not sure what to look for. Especially if it's just pictures and not in person. I don't have much experience with this set in particular. Can anyone help who maybe got this pin directly from DSSH? I'm potentially trading for this one. This person has it listed on Mercari for $275. She used pictures directly from her Mercari listing. I know she's definitely the person on Mercari, and I trust her not to be a scammer. The only thing I'm worried about is whether she knows the difference between real/fake on this series. One of the general tells for DSSH pins is the cone which should be rounded (like yours) and not pointy. But also, other than the more recent batches, BTs weren’t scrapped. Yours is as older one and as such should be fine IMO. Congrats if you decide to get it!
