Been a long time since I've been here. I've been part of an organization in our town called Citizens For A Better Community. In October, four row homes burned down and we held a benefit dinner and food and furniture drive.
Now I am a Secret Santa buying gifts for low income families. Not only have I spent my own money, but I go to businesses to pick up donations.
Pin Trading/Collecting has taken a back seat and to be honest, I'm no longer interested.
I'm going to sell one pin at a time.

Thank You timeerkat! It feels good! Tears of joy, helping others, we are always doing something. Helping a senior citizen or a ride needed to a store, etc.
We just got the police department involved. We already have the mayor and council members.
We also do watch block on our streets and we are weeding out the druggies and dealers. No pun intended. So far three raids, one was a huge heroin bust. We support each other and lend a shoulder to cry on if needed.
