Does Anyone Know the Difference Between the SDCC Elsa and the Normal Pop Vinyl?

I've been scouring through photos trying to find the difference, but I really can't tell. I know the Anna one has a coloring difference, but what about Elsa?

Aside from the extra see through plastic on the bottom of the dress, there seems to be no real difference.

the SDCC Elsa is supposed to resemble her transforming, while the normal one is just her in her ice dress.
